Kyo - an Umbra Witch of pure blood whom has made a pact with the Dragon King of Inferno - Bahamut.
Bahamut grants her powers as such:
Her still young, yet aged mother (about 50+ in appearance) taught her the basics of blossoming into an Umbra Witch: Controlling your Wicked Weaves, having charisma, following the rules of the clan, etc. Yet, most of her moral beliefs, as an Umbra Witch, come from the copious amounts of reading and personal studying she has done during her tween years when she gradually became more isolated from family and clan members alike and only befriended a witch of her own kind. Amiable enough to give her the charm she currently wears upon her forehead.
Granted, her matching blue hair and eyes do make her the pariah out of all the Umbra Witch with respective and normal hair colors, in a sense. However, she pays no attention to it. Kyo is a kindly person who has a strong pragmatic sense to her, yet in certain arguments she has been seen to be emotional.
Her outfit was designed by her own hands for her own means of ease & power. The power sense comes from showing off her plump chest, only having them to be covered by seashells, a childhood memory she’s always admired, showing off her smooth shoulders. Yet, the rest of her outfit is meant for ease of movement and traveling. The same is said for the black slippers she wears besides high heels. Inside the orb of her staff, which is where most of Umbran magic is concentrated (along with the bullets from her pistols), holds a family gem that was passed down for generations.

Now we move on to the abilities her staff enables her, rather than using dual pistols or swords:
However, her signature pistols, which she carries at all times, are shown here.
Her childhood friend had sealed her away for centuries upon centuries as the witch hunts continued. The world passed by with ease as she slept, yet as the other’s magic depleted from keeping her asleep for so long, she eventually woke up. Lost beyond all doubt; and the angels closing in on her still wanting to make her repent for the sin of committing to darkness.

Years into the world was spent before she found a man who fell in love with her; and she couldn’t help but love him back. For he gave her the respect and consideration she always dreamed of, he gave her his heart and hoped that she would take it to her grave, because that was how long he would continue to love her. And she accepted his love as much as she hated and dreaded the thought of putting him in harm’s way because of the bastards known as God’s angels.
And years together did they spend before she birthed his child, their daughter, Aselia. A half-blood of the Umbran clan who would surely fight in her name.
